Meeting Agenda and Minutes
In accordance to sub division by laws of the State of Illinois, SFPOA holds formal regularly scheduled monthly meetings. Approved monthly meeting minutes are distributed to property owners the following each meeting. The annual meeting is held during the month of November when the election of officers is announced and plans for the forth coming year are presented to SFPOA members.
The SFPOA Board normally meets monthly at 7pm on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
