• Domenick Gallo – Carl exchanged emails with Dom and he was supposed to call Carl to discuss Board participation last week but did not. It sounds like he will join.
• Carl spoke with Dennis Mahoney the beginning of January, and Dennis mentioned now that he is retired he has more time on his hands. He said he’d be interested in considering re-joining the Board. Carl has not been able to talk to him since to confirm.
